Our Educational Endeavours - Vol.1

We just finished our first math workbook (Numbers) and we had a blast doing it together. Usborne no longer offers the book we used, but you could try others as an introduction to recognizing and writing the numeral form of numbers. Next, we are using this workbook. We will keep you updated.

For PreK, skills we are working on the numeral writing and recognition of letters and numbers (0-10). For numbers, this includes counting activities. It also includes the meaning of FIRST, SECOND, THIRD, etc.

For letters, we use this Learning Palette card set. It is wonderful! Kids think it is a game so they are having fun while learning. Once you have the base, you get the card sets as your child advances. They are offered for Reading and Math.
